Wealth of a crore tk assimilated of Chokraja Ahmedia Dakhil Madrasa of Bhimpur Union of Mohadevpur Upazila of Naogaon for a long time. It has been alleged that the Assimilator was conducting various propaganda against the madrasa authorities after taking initiative to recover those assets.

Hadiduzzaman Hadi president of the madrasa management committee and Molla Jalal superintendent of the madrasa alleged that a deep tube well was erected during the Ershad period over the land of the madrasa. It was bought in the name of the madrasa in 1985-‘86. The secretary of the madrasa Abdur Rahman of Chakraja village was operating the deep tube well. In 1996 a new committee was formed. But until now he has been absorbing millions of taka in revenue every year from operating the deep tube well without handing it over to the new committee. Abdur Rahman filed a case in the Mohadevpur Assistant Judge’s Court of Naogaon (196/2006 O.C) claiming the deep tube well as his own. On 10 January 2011 the learned judge dismissed the case. Abdur Rahman filed an appeal (61/2011 T.A) in the Naogaon District Judge’s Court. He is scheduled for a hearing on February 7, 2020. Although he could not win the court, he has illegally seized millions of taka from the deep tube well in his possession for the past 23 years.

Speaking at a press conference held at Mohadevpur in Naogaon on Saturday evening the Madrasa Super said, they had engaged in various propaganda against the madrasa authorities when they took the initiative to take over the deep tube well madrasa committee with the help of the police. On December 5 Rasel son of Abdur Rahman made a press conference and raised false allegations. Although there are currently 180 students taking part in the annual examination in the madrasa, there are no more than 50-60 students and it is claimed that the madrasa students are falling vacant day by day. Although there are government allocations of 22 children at the madrasa orphanage, there are currently 30 children staying here regularly. But they say there are only 8-10 children. Although the Madrasah has 14 bighas of land, they have mentioned about 25 bighas.

Super said that on October 16 Azadul Islam son of Afzuddin of Chakraja village and, Amirul Islam son of Amir Hossain stole 7 bamboo from Madrasa’s land. When the madrasa authorities filed a case against them in the Vimpur Union Parishad village court on October 31, Azadul posted various malicious comments against the madrasa authorities in his Facebook account. They were also present at the December 3 press conference. #
